What is Himalayan Crystal Salt?

It’s well known that salt is critical to your existence. But there is a tremendous difference between table salt versus crystal salt. Natural salt is "chemically cleaned" and reduced only to sodium and chloride. Important minerals and trace elements are considered "impure" and removed. Drinking Therapy

Sole (so-lay), the blend of water and Himalayan Crystal salt, can help harmonize and restore balance in the body.

To make sole, add 1 cup granulated salt or several stones to 1 qt. water. After a couple hours, check to see if the crystals have dissolved. If they have, add more salt. Keep doing this until the water can no longer dissolve any more salt. Salt remaining at the bottom of the container indicates the water is fully saturated and you now have sole. Let sit for 24 hours. No special storage is needed.

Add 1 tsp. of this sole mixture to 4-6 oz. of pure water and drink every morning on an empty stomach.

Himalayan Crystal Salt contains the entire spectrum of frequency patterns of all elements found in the human body.

 With the recommended one teaspoon of Himalayan Crystal Salt sole every early morning, you are not only receiving the biophysical aspect of the salt, which is the frequency pattern of the crystal salt, but also the biochemical aspect of the salt, containing sufficient minerals and trace elements. The body will hold the frequency pattern of the crystal salt sole for 24 hours. Therefore, we only take the sole once per day on an empty stomach. It is not the quantity you consume, but the regularity with which you consume it. Patients on dialysis, or with high blood pressure, should generally use very little salt.

Bathing Therapy

Directions: Pour the entire contents of a 2 lb. bag of salt stones into your bathtub and add enough water to just cover it. After about 10 minutes the salt will be dissolved. At this time, you can fill your bathtub (do not add any other bath products to your sole bath). Keep the bath water temperature to 98.6 degrees, our normal body temperature so the body does not have to sacrifice its own energy to balance out the temperature. Soak for 15 -30 minutes. When finished, do not shower or rinse, simply dry off with a towel. After the sole bath you should rest at least 10 minutes.
