HOW ARE THEY USED?
Organic Virgin Coconut Oil can be used as a substitute for all cooking oils, it can be used as a spread for breads and crackers, it can be eaten by the spoon, or it can be blended into anything you want to make such as smoothies, cookies, or any recipe calling for butter. Simply use the coconut oil as a butter substitute. Organic Virgin Coconut Oil can be frozen, refrigerated, or left at room temperature. It is recommended to keep it out of sunlight for prolonged period of times. Coconut oil will be a liquid above 75 degrees and a solid at temperatures lower than that. Coconut Cream Concentrate™ is a food, not an oil. But, because of its low moisture content, it is perfect to use for baking and cooking. It can be eaten plain, spread on bread and crackers, or mixed into your favorite foods and beverages.
